Who we are
Rashi’s Elixirs manufactures and sells handmade cosmetic products under a licence from the Food & Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat State. You can reach us at rashiselixir@gmail.com or +91 98790 37371.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and take payment. If something has sold out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery ₹79 in Ahmedabad and ₹99 elsewhere in India. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed — once a parcel is with the courier, its timing is outside our control. We will always help you chase a late delivery.
Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery. Message us with your order number and we will arrange the pickup at our cost. A bottle more than half used cannot be returned. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the product.
Product claims and your skin
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Patch test before first use. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are using prescription treatments, speak to a doctor before changing your routine. If a product causes irritation, stop using it and contact us.
Intellectual property
The Rashi’s Elixirs and Saumyata™ names, our product formulations, photography and written content belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you place your order.
