No small print, no “conditions apply”. Here is exactly what happens.
What shipping costs

One flat charge per order, however many items are in it. You see it at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Everything is made to order in batches of forty, so nothing ships the same hour you order it. Realistically:
- 1–2 days — we bottle and pack your order
- 3–5 days — metros and most of Gujarat
- 5–7 days — everywhere else in India
- 7–10 days — the North East, Ladakh and the islands
You get a tracking link on WhatsApp the moment it leaves us. If it is late, message us — we will chase the courier rather than ask you to.
Payment
Orders are paid online at checkout through Razorpay — UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
Seven days from delivery, opened or not. Skincare is personal and something that suits one person genuinely will not suit another. That is not your mistake to pay for.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. No form, no reason required.
- We arrange the pickup. You do not pay to send it back.
- Refund lands within 5–7 working days of us receiving it, to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
The one exception: a bottle that is more than half used. At that point it is not a return, and we would rather you told us what went wrong so we can fix the formula.
If something arrives damaged
Send a photo within 48 hours and we replace it, no return needed. Glass travels badly across India and this is our problem, not yours.
