What we collect
- To fulfil your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give one, your email.
- To take payment: Razorpay processes your payment. We receive a confirmation and a transaction reference, never your card number.
- To run the site: anonymous usage data, plus the Meta pixel if you arrived from an advertisement.
Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit from an advertisement, or take an action such as adding to cart or completing a purchase, we share a hashed, irreversible version of your email and phone number with Meta so it can measure whether that advertisement worked. Meta cannot read the original values from the hash. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
If you tick the box at checkout, we message you about your order and occasionally when a new batch goes out. Reply STOP at any time and we will not message you again.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to get your order to you: our payment processor (Razorpay), our courier, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Your rights
Email rashiselixir@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and your sign-in working, and to measure advertising. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart will stop remembering you.
