- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Metros and most of Gujarat receive them in 3–5 days, the rest of India in 5–7, and the North East, Ladakh and the islands in 7–10.
- What does delivery cost?
- Delivery ₹79 in Ahmedabad and ₹99 elsewhere in India. The charge is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
- Can I return something?
- Yes. Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will arrange the pickup. Skincare is personal, and something that suits one person genuinely may not suit another.
- Are the products tested on animals?
- No. Nothing we make is tested on animals, and we do not work with suppliers who do.
- What is Saumyata™?
- Saumyata is our hair care range — rice water, rosemary and a blend of nine herbs and nine oils, built around root health rather than surface shine.
- Is it safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
- Most of the range is formulated to be gentle, but skin is individual. Patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before first use, and message us with a photo if you want a specific recommendation.
- How long before I see a difference?
- Skin takes roughly six weeks to turn over and hair takes about twelve. Anyone promising results in seven days is selling you something.
- What does FDCA certified mean?
- Every product is manufactured under a licence from the Food & Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat State. It governs where and how things are made.
- Why do products go out of stock?
- Everything is made in small batches rather than warehoused, so when a batch sells out there is a short wait until the next one is bottled.
